Privacy Policy

Pet photos, name and quirks you upload, to make your films (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please upload photos of animals only, without people.

Account data. We create an anonymous account for you so you can come back to your films. If you save your films to your email, we store that email address (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Payment data. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount and your email, never your card details (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

Technical data such as IP address and request logs, to run the service securely and prevent abuse, e.g. limiting free storyboards per day (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use these processors, bound by data processing agreements and, where data leaves the EU, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and file storage, USA)
• Google LLC / Google Cloud & Firebase (accounts, database in the EU, and the Gemini AI models that make your films)
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments)

We do not sell your data and we don't use your photos to train AI models.

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Your finished films and pet name stay available at your private link until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years).

We only use what is technically necessary to keep you signed in to your films. No advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@pawfilms.com with your premiere link. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
