pawfilms is run by Maksym Petyak, Kommandantenstraße 71, 10117 Berlin, Germany. You upload photos of your pet and we make short, funny films with AI. The storyboard is free. Films are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions.

• Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
• Photos should show animals only. No people, and nothing illegal, hateful or explicit.
• You give us permission to use your photos only to make and deliver your films.

Films are made by AI. They are comedies: the plots, quotes and “crimes” are invented. Results vary, and the AI can get details wrong. You may use your films for personal purposes and share them anywhere, including social media. Please don't present them as real events.

Prices are shown before checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. If a film doesn't look like your pet, email hello@pawfilms.com within 14 days and we will remake it free, or refund you if a remake doesn't fix it.

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Films are digital content made just for you. At checkout you expressly agree that we start making them right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once we do (§ 356(5) BGB). The remake guarantee above still applies.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms.
